I can’t forget this Nepal tour because of various reasons among them the tourist agency is one of them… We were a small group of three people(honestly speaking three best buddies) and we wanted to explore the beauty of Nepal and we contacted this tourist agency just before our boarding to the plane… When our flight landed there i see through my plane window, it was a nice view but after i crossed immigration i met two amazing people in the earth Ramesh (who is the owner of the agency) and Ish (his business partner and his younger brother too)… They managed everything on such a short notice (our flight time was approx 2 hours dhaka to Kathmandu)… they received us from the airport and welcome us wholeheartedly … they managed everything we needed and most important part was that the hotel they provided was up to the mark(i would say its more like three star hotels) … They guide us and show different places, heritage and culture and also described us everything… We also enjoy roaming around with them and also was pleased by their behaviour… We were there for 9 days and we went to pokhara after that we went ganrukh and punhil… As we were three boys exploring the beauty of nepal so obviously money is a big fact… But they suggested and managed each and everything in our budget, for example on the way from thamel to pokhara Ramesh vai insisted us to do the rafting (we were planing not to do rafting but after that rafting part, from my point of view it was a hell of an experience, we would miss that fun if Ramesh vai didn’t suggested us to that)… We did all the fun(i. e. pera gliding, rafting, tracking, and explore the raw beauty of Nepal just because of them… so if u ask me to rate their service, if possible i would give them 11 out of 10.. . We really appreciate what they did for us as a tour guy and i wont forget the last day of our nepal tour cause we three buddies and Ramesh vai and Ishwor vai and some of their friends had a meal together and honestly speaking we were become friends and had a chat for almost three to four hours straight… And they also helped us with our luggages and all other belongings while we were exploring the country… thank you Ramesh vai and Ishwor vai for the hospitality and i hope u will provide this kind of service to everyone in future and i will definitely suggest other to contact with your travel agency group… i am pleased and i hope you guys will keep up the good work… I am sure i will take their services again if i do my honeymoon in Nepal ()…
